    We contracted with ****** to prepare the site for a new garage and do the concrete work for the foundation and driveway.The subcontractor ****** hired did not complete the job as requested. ****** came over on Thursday, September 7, 2023 to review the remaining work and he committed to completing it.We sent a summary of what we discussed on Saturday, September 9, 2023 via email and text. I did not hear anything from Jairie and sent a slightly revised version on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.The emails are attached, but the summary files are too large to attach to this complaint, but can be viewed at the following links:Saturday, September 9, 2023 - ************************************************************************************* Wednesday, September 13, 2023 - ************************************************************************************* We have emailed, called, and texted Jairie since then, but he has not returned to complete the work. He has answered the phone a couple of times and said he was completing a job and would return to our house after he finished with the other job. Unfortunately ****** has since stopped answering our phone calls and has not responded to any of our communications.

    I did not receive the money for the job about ***** worth of concrete I never got paid for she started complaining about things I had nothing to do with she started asking me to do more work without any money without paying me any money and I walked off on her because I could not afford to lose any more money so I just give her $*****

    I am rejecting this response because: ****** is making false claims about what he did or did not do, what was his responsibility or not, and the amount of money paid and owed.  The job was not completed correctly by the subcontractor ****** hired and ****** said he would resolve the issues.  We agreed we would pay the remainder of anything owed for the complete job once it was finished, but he never came back to finish the job. 

    The document attached to the original complaint message outlines our last in-person conversation with ******, the state of the job as he left it, and the remaining work he agreed to complete but never did.  You can also access it here: **********************************************************************************
