Refund and Exchange Policy

Paymentand Overdue Accounts: Fees for services renderedare due at the beginning of the service week. Payment may be made bycheck. It is All at Home’s policy not to accept checks endorsed over to theagency. All payments must be remitted to the address noted above: direct careworkers are not permitted to accept payment. An account is considered overdue if not paid with 7 daysof the billing date.  There will be a$10.00 late fee each day until paid. A $40.00 returned check fee will becharged. Checks are to be made payable to All atHome Personal Care and Respite Service, LLC. The address is 103 WhitebrookDrive, Brookhaven MS 39601 and the telephone number is 601-835-1591.
Cancellation: Cancellation may be made up to 24 hours in advance of a scheduledvisit without charge. All at Home reserves the right to charge for a scheduledvisit if insufficient notice is not given. In the event that a referred caregiver fails to arrive atthe care recipient's home, we will make every effort to find a replacement asquickly as possible. If a replacement is not found or if the caregiver altersthe predetermined weekly schedule in some way, we will adjust the amount thatyou are billed accordingly.
Termination: Either “the client” or “All at Home” may terminate thisagreement upon 24 hours written notice to the other party. If either party terminates thisagreement, all fees due at time of termination will be due and payable by theclient immediately. Exceptions to the twenty-four (24) hour notice provision wouldinclude: When care needs undergo a change, which necessitates transfer to a higher level of care. When there is documented non-compliance of the care plan or services. If care cannot be delivered per staffing shortage. Agreement(including non-payment of justified charges). When the activities or circumstances in the home jeopardize the welfare and safety of the All at Home caregiver. The  client or client's representative shall have the right to appeal the discharge decision, during which time services will be placed on hold while the appeal is begin reviewed. The appeal panel will be led by the administrator and include the designated supervisor. The team will review the patient file with the client or client's representative. The administrator's decision is final.
