      subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Undisclosed Fees and ********************* I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Payment Lynx LLC regarding the unprofessional and disrespectful service I recently experienced, as well as the concerning signs of deceptive practices that have left me feeling defrauded.On 7/8/2024, I contacted company to address non-disclosure information which never mentioned on verbal conversation. During the interaction, I fee astonishing level of rudeness from Payment Lynx LLC representative, The representatives dismissive attitude and unwillingness to assist were highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I have serious concerns about the legitimacy of Payment Lynx LLC services. When I initially signed up for services through company affiliation with MBNcard, the salesperson never disclosed that there would be any additional fees or that there was a contract involved. These hidden charges and undisclosed terms suggest a deliberate attempt to deceive and defraud customers, which is both unethical and illegal.Given the egregious nature of these practices and the rude treatment I have endured, I believe Payment Lynx LLC is operating a scam. I strongly urge that your company be dismissed from doing business with MBNcard to prevent further harm to other customers.I am deeply disappointed and distressed by this experience.

      This correspondence is in response to the BBB complaint review. Upon receipt, a review of the merchant account was performed.
      The terms and conditions of the parties' commercial relationship are contained in the Merchant Agreement entered into between the parties.
      In order to obtain a merchant account with ********************** processing partner Merchants Bancard Network (MBN), Ms. ***************** indicated acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Merchant Processing Agreement ***** by signing the agreement and processing credit card transactions. All applicable rates & fees are disclosed on the ***** merchant application in which we and MBN receive. The agreement was signed via electronic signature by *****************.
      The Early Termination Fee (ETF) and Contractual Fees is indicated on the application and the Program Guide which details the Terms and Conditions including the Contractual Fees.


      In reference to the complaint statements from the merchant regarding the Sales Representative, We the sales office at Payment Lynx have tried to reach out to ***************** several times. 
      In summary, Payment Lynx and MBN has acted, and continues to act, pursuant to the commercial agreement entered into between the parties.Should you have any questions and/or comments, please feel free to direct them to our offices at *********************.

      Started talking in September 2022, and in October charged me for $99.00 1st charge and $199.00 for the second charge. They contacted my small business offering me government assistance for my credit card machine for lower monthly rate. When received their machine they charged me 2 fees and wanted me to use their machine and I did not give them permission to connect their machine to my business. I now that they are a scamming business to other small businesses.I have called several times and they yell at me and tell me not to call back.
