    Very disappointed by Mudjacking STL. workers were sent to work on my front porch which was sinking slowly; they finished the work and I was disappointed as there were still big cracks between porch and the house. They said it needed caulking which had been previously agreed to, but would have to charge an additional sum, which I paid . Then when finished, it still looked like a child had done the work. It looked like a patchwork with sloppy patch effect and wrong color filler. But I paid the total requested. Approximately 3 weeks later the company called and said they were going to commence with the work, whereas I informed them it had already been done. They said that it wasn't finished and made an appointment for the work, which again was very sloppy and disappointing. After work was finished they informed the porch was lifted but uneven on one side and could not do better. They asked again for payment, and seemed confused when told it had already been paid. The men seemed to be very young and inexperienced. I would not hire them again. They go by another name also, which is Polyjack.
