    My truck was put in the shop with instructions on what to fix. I have received 3-4 phone calls and every call is about them wanting to fix something additional and trying to charge me more money. The last phone call they said motor that kicks in the 4WD was broken on it and I know that it is not. The 4WD worked perfectly fine when I brought it in there. Now they are saying they went to fix it they found something else in the transfer case. They are being vague about everything. I don't feel any of these are actual issues. I think they are just trying to charge me more money.

    This vehicle had multiple issues that were found during the time we had it in our shop, which would explain the calls the consumer mentions in his complaint. We went above and beyond to address the issues with truck, and discounted the service as much as we could, but the consumer declined our offers to repair the vehicle. He claims the trucks 4 wheel drive was fine and we damaged it. We did not damage the 4 wheel drive, again the truck had extensive mechanical issues that the consumer had idea of prior to purchasing it and bringing it to our shop. We value all our customers and strive to provide the best care and discounts within our ability, however we do have to be paid for our services. We only charged the consumer for the repairs we did and nothing else. Any additional repairs will be billed at our current shop prices, no other adjustments or refunds will be offered.
