      DO NOT GET WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are a complete and total scam with zero regard for your wellbeing even if you did every little thing that they asked of you. Terrible customer service with endless amounts of BS. They do not care about your time, they do not care about your vehicle, and they certainly do not care about you. I paid for their so called "Diamond Coverage" and they didn't cover a single thing when I finally needed to use their services for a warranty claim. Of course they had no problem taking my money when I was paying them on time and in full but god forbid I need a repair on my truck and they throw the book at you as if it is some sort of court case. Be ready to fight for any sort of warranty claim if you do use them. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! They are all corrupt and should not be trusted. They do not even deserve the one star rating, but it wont let me put anything lower.US Automotive Protection Services/ ******************** should be ashamed because they are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Hope the company fails miserably so that nobody else has to go through this SCAM!!!

      Ive been trying to cancel this coverage today the customer service **** is talking about life and storytelling instead of doing what I asked for this company is a scam stay away from them

      This company keeps sending s*** to my home address, for a previous owner, who clearly does not live with me (& never has), whose name is *. *******. I want to shove this c*** straight their Hole. If I could return the correspondence, I would. *. ******* does not live at my address. If I could find this individual, I would give him/them - a piece of my mind. But this company is ruthless & theres no way to stop the c*** they are sending because I cannot contact them. So frustrating.

      Absolutely disgraceful scam artists. I received a letter in the mail from this company with FINAL NOTICE written across the top and the letter requesting I respond as my car coverage was at risk of expiring. I called this number, as this letter looked legitimate and seemed official. Long story short, I gave them my credit card information to pay for a $100.00 activation fee for the car insurance the lady was selling me and then told me Id be charged $199.00 a month going forward. Once I realized what they were charging me and that this insurance was NOT legally required the way the letter made it seem like it was, I asked to cancel the plan and receive a refund for the activation fee Id just been charged. The lady I spoke to said Id have to wait until I received the insurance booklet they were mailing me in order to get the information to cancel and get my refund. I then called this company back several times, was given the runaround, got a hold of another employee who still wouldnt let me cancel or get my refund over the phone. This representative then proceeded to argue with me about their scam insurance plans, I kept telling him no, and he kept insisting and arguing. I threatened him that if they didnt give me my refund and cancel the plan, Id be taking legal action against them for misleading people with their mailing, scamming them, and stealing money from them. He once again told me that Id have to wait for the mail theyd be sending with the information to cancel. I wound up calling my bank, cancelling my credit card and having to order a new one to prevent these thieves from stealing more money from me, and am waiting on the fraud report I filed to get my $100.00 back. Have nothing to do with these liars and thieves. Absolute crooks.

      I contacted this business requesting not to be contacted by them In April 2025. As of June 2025 I am still receiving mailings of the type "You have not contacted Us concerning you vehicle (specifics of make model and year given). Mailings are anything from letters to postcards. I believe this business to be a scam.

      This company is horrible, they send notifications for service warranties for vehicles that I have never owned, I tell them I don't own any of these vehicles and to please stop calling me on cell phone. home phone and sending mail to my house repeatedly after being asked to stop. What is even worse the person on the line then asks me what type of vehicle am I currently driving, it does not matter what type of vehicle I am driving if I do not want or need your service

      This is a scam. They lie about services provided, create a sense of urgency on the phone, and will try to force you to pay immediately if you don't want to lose coverage. This place should be shut down permanently and it is a crime that they have gotten any money out of people.

      Lied to me saying that they were my current insurer of a warranty almost convinced me to start one with them saying that the people who did my current warranty put it in wrong and he was fixing it. Sent deceiving mail to me and Im so glad I trusted my instincts.

      l took a car warranty on April ******* and on April ******* I changed my mind,called them and they would not cancel my policy,asking why did I take the policy out,saying I have Told to wait to receive to get the policy and I could not change my mind
