This is a scam. They lie about services provided, create a sense of urgency on the phone, and will try to force you to pay immediately if you don't want to lose coverage. This place should be shut down permanently and it is a crime that they have gotten any money out of people.

Lied to me saying that they were my current insurer of a warranty almost convinced me to start one with them saying that the people who did my current warranty put it in wrong and he was fixing it. Sent deceiving mail to me and Im so glad I trusted my instincts.

I received a FINAL NOTICE from this company saying that I was "receiving this notice to ensure no lapse in coverage." It asked me to call with my VIN and current mileage before a certain date and that I "still may have time left to activate coverage on (my) vehicle before it's too late."I have never had coverage with this company (whose name is only shown in the very small print at the bottom of the letter) for any of my vehicles. The format of this notice is a scare tactic which may frighten some into giving the company their information and signing up for a service they don't want.

What happened to their Google reviews? Why are they allowed to create fake reviews here? This place is an absolute scam! They need to be shut down for good. Their direct mail marketing fraud should be enough to make this happen. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!

This "business" is a scam. I only feel sorry for the older folks who can't spot it, and sign up for or "renew" this so-called service. I began getting this kind of junk as soon as I moved to ******* almost ten years ago, and now it has started anew with the vehicle I purchased last year. My advice? If you have any doubts, take the little pink card they send into the dealership where you purchased your vehicle. The series of 5-star reviews I am seeing all sound suspiciously like sales pitches, and are dated entirely too close together to be a coincidence.

Just another typical warranty company, while I blame them...I don't. If people are too stupid to not realize what they are paying for and what they are getting, that responsibility falls on them. Not the company. While the business practice is deceptive automotive warranties are a good thing to have. $100 up front and $180 a month doesn't sound bad because dealerships and shops are over $150 an hour just to find out what's wrong. Your $180 a month covers that. No different than paying for car insurance and never needing to use it.

US Automotive Protection Services is by far the most complicated company I have ever communicated with. I was unhappy with their services so I called to cancel my policy. I called 4 times in one day and was told I had to cancel the policy with a senior representative. Each time I was transferred I was on hold anywhere from 15 minutes all the way to 22 minutes. I called my bank and asked them to cancel the card the payments were taken from. Once the card was cancelled I sent the company an email, and not a nice one, telling them I took it upon myself to cancel the policy. About 15 minutes later a gentleman called me begging me to reconsider. I told him I had been hung up on, had been transferred one to many times. I was tired of hearing him beg so at this point in time I had the honor of hanging up on him. Now I am getting calls from a woman named Cat who is now informing me the only way my policy can be canceled is by speaking to a service rep. **** guess what? Around and around I went again. I was transferred 3 different times and was on hold. One time when I called back I asked Cat if any of the fake sales representatives were available. She hung up on me. Oh and I forgot to mention I had this policy for 12 months an had never received a paper invoice. Yesterday I received one and Cat told me if I did not pay what I owed I would be reported to the credit agencies. Any advice for me from anyone who has dealt with this company would be greatly appreciated. *****
