Worst customer service I have ever received. **** is dismissive, condescending and genuinely doesnt care about the customer. I have had countless issues over the last couple years with St. Charles Pool and Spa opening/closing my pool as well as no weekly maintenance. Very half a** job with the closing causing numerous issues opening in the spring. Pushed the opening back several times this past spring, and left with it pond green colored and told me to shock it. Pics are from day they opened to 4 days after and they refused to come back to get it right. Every time I call to get them to come back to fix their errors, **** tells me 10 different excuses and ends up saying it is my fault. The only thing theyre good at is racking up the chemical charges every week and billing the customer. Do yourself a favor, never use these clowns. It will end up costing you so much more in the end as they have no clue what theyre doing and send incompetent people out to do the job causing $1000s in damage that they wont fix.

We have been servicing the customers pool for openings, closings, and bi-weekly service since 2022 with no complaints until now. Our bi-weekly service runs Memorial Day to Labor Day and Mr. **** spent $110.36 in 2022, $166.70 in 2023 and $260.19 in 2024 on chemicals. We pride ourselves on making sure our customers' pools look great without selling excessive or unnecessary chemicals. In the past, Mr. **** opened his pool in early April. This year, he was scheduled for May 23rd. We were behind two days due to excessive rain this spring and tried moving him to the following Tuesday, May 27th. The customer then called and said it was unacceptable because he had a party of 50+ people coming from 4 different states on May 24th, so we kept him on his scheduled date. We notified the customer that the pool would not be swimmable due to the amount of chemicals added at the time of opening and it wouldn't look as it normally does due to him opening 6 weeks later than normal. We completed our pool opening exactly as disclosed on our website, and the customer was not happy with the results. Mr. **** refused to pay for the service and we did not take any action to receive payment. We are unaware of 1000s of dollars in damage that we won't fix. The only thing we were notified of is that his pool cover was dirty when reinstalling this fall and he wanted us to come back and power wash it. This is not something we do at opening or closing as it's the customers responsibility. All our employees have been with us for many years and are thoroughly trained. We strive to go above and beyond for each customer but we believe Mr. **** had unrealistic expectations of this opening.
