    I would like this company investigated for financial reasons. I am not getting statements as requested and billing information is not always accurate. The company also revoked my pool pass for myself and children when we are under a heat advisory. The company is not following laws by ** in regards to HOA, no proper hearings are held and punishments decided without hearing. I have had my personal information/space violated. Company had walls torn down on storage areas and did not notify owners. The company had a maintenance man remove my children from the pool area while under heat advisory. During winter storms we are without proper snow removal.

    My company is employed by the Association and we take our direction from the Board of Directors and the governing documents of the Association.

    Ms. ****** asked for a statement of her account on June 23 and it was sent to her on June 26.

    Ms. ******** pool pass was revoked for two weeks as she was not following the posted rules, in addition to making threatening remarks to a Board member.  The two weeks has passed and Ms. ******** pool privileges have been reinstated.  

    There was a sewer back up in the building where her storage area is located.  Due to the emergency, the independent contractor did have to tear down drywall to prevent further damage.  The walls have since been reinstalled.

    The Association contracts for snow removal.  During the heavy snowfall in January of this year, the Association's contractor did not respond promptly and the Board had to secure service from another contractor.  

    The Board holds monthly meetings and owners can attend to discuss violations, maintenance concerns, etc.  Ms. ****** has lived in the community since March 2024 and has not attended one of these meetings.
