Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund policy varies based on agreements with hotels and airlines. If lieu of cancellation, we offer in-house credit to apply towards another Open Skies vacation for up to one year. Most times there is no fee for this, however, in some cases where tickets have already been issued, there may be fees ranging from $25 to $50 per person to cover ticketing and ticket cancellation.
