Excellent mechanical work. The business side engages in predatory practices. They offer "financing" through some company called ******* (which is getting a review next) that will grossly overcharge you twice a month. You can buy a new vehicle for the money they steal from you each month. A2Z will act surprised by the amount and advise you to call ******* to tell them you didn't have the work done, then they will "work with you" to make better payment arrangements. I tried to get a loan through my work's credit union, which failed because a2z wouldn't "be able to find your folder" and never provide the total cost remaining. If you call them enough, they "try" to communicate with *******, but I have found it was a stalling tactic. I had to finally refinance my home loan to get extra money to finally pay a2z (and some hospital bills). Unfortunately, a2z successfully stalled everything for over 90 days, then they DOUBLED the cost owed...so 4 tires, minor engine work, and a safety inspection cost $7000 today. (and now couldn't pay the hospital) I wouldn't urinate on the place if it was on fire. Avoid this place! Push your car past a2z to an overpriced dealership service center because it WILL be cheaper! I went from having all good things to say, to warning all my friends and neighbors to stay away from here unless they want to be financially raped. I hope their excellent mechanic leaves to go work at one of the local reputable garages, and just gets away from this place and their disgusting business practices. It would have cost less to take an über to work and fix the car in my free time when my failed spinal fusion didn't hurt too much. DO NOT be naive and trust this place to stand by their word, like my wife and I did! It is a shame I can't leave negative stars on here! I can only try and warn everyone to learn from the mistake I made in trusting this business...they will just **** you out of the money you didn't have available in the first place!!!
