March 9th, I won lot 1586 in total for $6.20. This is1/20 items that I have purchased over the last few weeks from this auctioneer specifically. I Immediately paid and waited for the follow up S &H invoice - once received, I immediately paid it as well (and all other invoices right away) once finally receiving the package (containing multiple items) there was simply a note (wrapped up like it was the actual item (to add weight) that said they could not find it and that I would be credited on the shipping invoice. - This obviously did not happen!. They ignored my calls, emails, voicemails, and submitted claim. I finally got a response saying that they will put in a request for a $6 refund (not the full amount). They ended up not doing this either - so I reached out again trying to get a status update. They finally tried to refund $6 through ******. I then explained that 1) I need the full refund plus the cost of s&h OR the inured amount of $300 because I was still without the item. 2) I need it credited back on my card because I don't use ******. - They ignored me - Lastly, I sent an email saying that because of A)making me pay for S&H on an item they blatantly knew they didn't have is bad business, b) my money has now been tied up for over a month, C) the lack of communication and transparently, and D) the inured amount on the package was $300 - and that $6 on ****** is not going to cut it and I expect the full amount because i paid for an insurance policy on an item I still do not have. I received a very unprofessional email, calling me a scammer and saying that I had been blocked and put on a "No Bid List" warning other auctioneers. this is bad business and very unprofessional, to block a good paying customer when the auction house is the one that dropped the ball and tried to dodge owing up to it- and now that they are being confronted - they want to run and block me. I expect the full insured amount of $300 credited back to me at bare minimum at this point!

I have some much documentation and to say but ultimately this business is not professional, transparent, or honest. They blatantly tried to take advantage of me and the situation. The above paper note is the item I received, and paid ****** once notifying them, they had trouble finding my claim and overall decided to ignored me, ultimately wasting my time and money. I am still out the money and the item. The other attachment is to show the email I received directly after they attempted to partially refund me on ******* do not have a ****** account or use it in general and to get a follow up email like this saying that I bough bitcoinis just sketchy and I do not trust them, the link, or this business as a whole. I have been very professional the whole time and to get the last message (attached) is absolutely unacceptable when I am simply just trying to be made whole.

thanks in advance for any and all help!

Last thing, I could careless about the actual item at this point, Im not a ***** person causing a mountain out of a molehill. Its simply now about being fair, just, and ultimately doing the right thing. They tried to cover up their mistake and then make it out that I am the one trying to rip them off - and thats just not the case. Its the principle at this point, I replied the following to their final unprofessional and rude email:

I am appalled at the level of unprofessionalism from your company and will be escalating this issue.

I have done nothing wrong nor have I tried to scam you, if anything you all are trying to scam me. I have paid everything on time, tried reaching out many times to get this resolved, and you guys are clearly in the wrong trying to dodge the problem and not be transparent that you lost an item that was already paid for. This is bad business and is unexceptable!
Especially to a customer that has used your business many of times and always paid on time, plus I am still without the item or money.

I have proof that I have paid for this and the insurance policy and still am without the item, my full refund, or the insured amount (back on the card used) and due to all that, this will not just go away until this is resolved.

Ultimately, You as a business cant make a customer pay for an item, pay the insurance, plus S&H and then send them a note after all that saying you dont have the item they paid for. And then when confronted - ignore and dodge them. Thats wrong, plus the fact that you are trying to refund not even the full amount on ****** is ridiculousand shows that you all know your in the wrong.  Not sure how you have operated in the past but this will not continue and I expect the full refund or the insured amount by the end of the day back on the card that was used originally.

I have yet to revive any remediation or follow up - thanks again for the help and time!
