    Hello, I was sent a text message to my phone today from an employee of Eagle Security and Electronics stating that I needed to immediately pay a bill in which I have not received a proper invoice. The charges billed were several hundred dollars over my estimate. Upon receiving such an extravagant bill I asked for these things to be itemized. My request was provided through email and I never received a reply to my requests.The text message today said my email had been replied to, however this is not the case (document of full email correspondence attached.) Per email, I requested an itemized bill of the services I asked for in February of 2023. Though the company has stated otherwise, no such email reply exists. The company has not sent me proof of validation for thier extravagant total compared to my quote. I do believe that I deserve an explanation for such a difference in quote versus bill, that the company review the unprofessional correspondence of their employee (to take action for our betterment), and charge me the total cost we discussed.     I have continued to reach a solution with the company, however they have ignored my requests for a response to the illegitimate charges on my account. Additionally, they have threatened to send me to collections for not paying them, even though I have numerously offered immediate payment if an accurate bill be made. There are several hundred dollars in fees that I was charged for. These fees were charged without my, and my fianc's, consent for the extravagant hourly work fees, truck service fees, and partial amount of equipment that was provided in the itemized charge.  

    My fianc and I live in an area full of retirement aged people, however we are in our 30's. I feel this company has tried to take advantage of their current market; as most retirees simply pay bills without being cantankerous of the charges.  In the interest of ourselves and our community, I make this complaint in hopes to stop these dishonorable and disrespectful companies who try to profit via such corrupt actions as what we have faced.

    We have done everything we can to make this customer happy.  Down to telling her to pay whatever she thought was fair for the service call.  The monitoring invoice was never in question and that was never paid, as a result she also got free monitoring for about 3 months.  In the end I advised her that I thought it was best we parted ways, and she found a company she felt she could work better with and i would write off all the work and monitoring we did for her.  In the end you can't make all customer happy.
