On March 23 2023 I approached them regarding a Facebook post for a 2010 Dodge Ram for
8000 dollars and other posts they had listed for 10000 dollars and under. They sold me the Dodge Ram for 14000 dollars.  **** **** told me that the financial department had to charge me 14000 dollars for the loan to be approved. So he sold it to me for 14000 dollars and said it was no big deal and that they had to do it.  I also brought up safety discrepancies with the tires and brakes  and they told me there was nothing to worry about it.   Then I got a call to ask about the loan and she filed a complaint with the Davis Team.  So for 2 weeks the Davis Team ignored the financial department. Once this was resolved another issue happened. My rear axle was almost ripped out yesterday and had that had happened I would not have had any breaks at all, putting my children at risk. Over the weekend I found out the water pump was going out and had to be replaced immediately that day.
I contacted them yesterday and they gave me a loaner car, which is a car they are currently trying to sell. The car they brought me died and almost caused an accident in the interstate. I had to call 911 for help. The officer ran the plates and found out that the plates did not go back to the correct vehicle. It went to a 2005 Dodge Caravan not an Infiniti. Two State troopers  came to the scene and both took pictures of the vehicle and confirmed the cars did not match the licenses. The Davis Team has now just informed me that they refuse to contact me any further and that I need to contact a lawyer.

    Business Response

She agreed with **** **** on an initial sale price of the truck. She then went on Facebook and saw a different price and contacted us 2 weeks later. The same day and or the day after she contacted us, we changed it back to the initial price and resigned all the contract paperwork and financing. She told us how extremely grateful and happy she was that we took care of everything. We also showed her proof of a safety and emissions test done by **** ****** in Arnold, MO. She also received a $500 check for the delay and having to resign the paperwork. Also, the rental car had a safety and emission test done, and the shop looked it. The rental vehicle was not broken down on the side of the highway, it was done in town and we picked up the vehicle. When we picked the vehicle up it started without a problem. Two weeks later she wanted more things fixed and didn't have to pay anything, for things that happened after she owned the vehicle. She contacted the shop where the vehicle was fixed, and the rental company and was rude. Due to this the shop almost refused to fix the truck and the rental company wouldn't give her a loaner because she wouldn't show up to sign the paperwork. There was no way we could legally get her a rental without her signing. We didn't mention anything about getting a lawyer until she threatened us over the phone and said she would get a lawyer.
