              I came from TN to IL on 04/19/2021 to purchase a 2014 Used Volvo Truck from Peterbilt of Sauget IL. (The Larson Group). I did not leave the shop until 04/20/2021. The truck I came to purchase was not ready. The truck they sold me had just come on the lot the day prior. I've had this truck 1 month and upon doing my first run I am already having issues. They SOLD me a TRUCK with NO OIL!! Also, my truck is displaying 2 codes. Long story short, this vehicle WAS NOT fully inspected and ready to go on the road before they sold it to me. I spent over 24 HOURS in their shop/dealership waiting for them to do their due diligence. Now, I am looking at a repair charge (EGR coolant ruptured and air charger) of $6K!!!! I haven't been able to run my business or make money. The lack of professionalism/ service is disgusting. BEWARE. DONT PURCHASE from this dealer. I called the GM and my sales rep Joel Haupt and spoke with them and they said there is nothing they can do. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS.

              The Peterbilt shop at this location ran my trucking company out of business literally. My wait time to get in shop for repairs was over a month . This happened three times . They charge me an high estimate , I suggested getting some repairs now and some later they got upset with me. Independent contractor will all be charge the most and treated with nonchalant care.
