    I am being billed for a product or service that I didn't receive from 8/15/2022. First, on Wednesday I called needing medicine. I was told they would call me back, they did not. On Friday, I called again stating that I only had one dose left, I was told she would check into it and call me back. I NEVER got a call back. Monday I called again and was told it was ready for pick up on Friday. Next, I went Monday to get the meds. That's when I got charged double for the second time. I had to make two trips to deal with their mistake. On two different occasions they charged me for two ounces of medicine $154 when I only received one ounce. (The first time, months ago, they fixed it and gave me the amount that I paid for, This time they didn't.) This time they told me maybe someone could help me next week and they were not able to do anything. That's when I gave the meds back said I don't want to argue about it and I want my money back. Then, in an attempt to give me a refund they ran my credit card 4 times and told me she couldn't give me a receipt. I was not offered or given a receipt. When I said I wasn't leaving without something in writing stating that I was not going to be charged, the " tech" got pissy with me. I did receive a written letter saying that I would not be charged. I have not been back since, and will no longer do business with them. Finally, I called to speak to the manager ******* ******** on Thursday, he is in the office but he's not available and he to does not return my phone call. 11/17 I just received a bill for $154, I called and finally spoke to Mr ******** (the manager) and he said he would take care of it. On 12/19 I received yet another bill for the meds that I didn't receive.

    Communication is horrible, I took my pup in 3 different times for same problem , Dr said he would share information with MU in Colombia, Mo and get back with me, but It would probably be after Thanksgiving before they got back to him, I hadn't heard anything so I called the Thursday after Thanksgiving to see if he had heard anything yet and what the plan might be, the receptionist said she would have him call me by the end of the day. Never got a call, that following Tuesday the receptionist calls and says the dr said he doesn't have time to get with MU and for me to call and make appointment with MU, I explained to her that the dr said he was going to get with them and share medical records and get back with me thinking she had been misinformed, she said well thats all I know is what he told me. I was very upset because my pup is in alot of pain and she tells me he doesn't have time. I called MU and they said they need my pups records and to talk with the dr. , so I called Bradford Park back and explained this to the receptionist, she said she would tell the Dr. and i asked her if I had done something to make him mad, she laughed and said I just do what I'm told, this was funny to her that I was upset, she had me thinking he didnt have time to deal with my case. She then told me that he said for me to call MU because he didn't have time.. but then she added that he said he would get with them when he had time, well that changed the whole scenario, I said well you didn't say that the first time, she laughed and said I will let him know what MU said. If she had told me the whole story from the beginning that he said he would get with them when he got time I wouldn't have thought he was just saying he didn't have time too deal with my situation, im not sure if she gets a kick out of giving misinformation or she has dementia but which ever the case they definitively need to make some changes! I will say the Dr.s are great and knowledgeable!
