Summary: Dishonest thieves who don't listen to the owner or provide services as requested, TORTURE your animal and then lie about it and charge for items that aren't consented to either. I'm in the process of moving and needed to get my dogs nails trimmed, but my current vet couldn't get my dog in for over a month because she needs to be sedated due to a severe issue with anyone touching her paws and clipping/using a Dremel on her nails. So I called the Animal Care Center as soon as I woke up, explained the situation and the first person tried to schedule an appointment that day in a few hours after I called. Not thinking, I made the appointment then realized an hour later I couldn't take that because my dog had already eaten. So I called back to reschedule and got her in the next day. My partner took her in at 7a to be sedated, get her nails trimmed, and be available for pick up within a few hours. They called him about an hour later saying she was free to be picked up. He told me right away and I said that doesn't sound right - the vet usually monitors her after she's been sedated. He went to pick her up and they gave him trazodone (which we didn't need because we already have a bottle.) I told him we didn't need that, but they didn't take it off and still charged him for it. He said they didn't take CareCredit either, so I called Animal Care Center and she told me the same thing and then said it's been taken care of on the CareCredit card. It wasn't. It was charged to my partners debit card. Looking on their site, I do see it says they don't take CareCredit, which is fine, but she told me she got it taken care of on the CareCredit card. I was told it was supposed to be around $150 for this because they hadn't seen her before and had to do a wellness check which was $40-$60 (can't remember off hand.) It was about half that and I asked why it was much cheaper and they told me they "didn't need to sedate her." I asked what happened and she told me my dog "ju
