I recently bought a Ford ranger 03 from them. I started having engine trouble. So I took it to *** Auto here in Springfield. They went over the vehicle and said it needed a new engine. After only having the vehicle for less than 3 weeks. After hearing that news I called fat raptor Auto. And asked if he would help at all. At the time I thought there was a lemon law in Missouri. After getting a hold of a lawyer I found out the lemon law only applied to certain years. My vehicle was not new enough. The owner of fat raptor said I should have got the warranty. The vehicle was 5999 I had 5860. He told me he would take the 90 days off warranty but I still thought I had a 30-day.

We offer a warranty on every vehicle we sell for the sticker price, when a customer cannot afford the total price we what we can to accommodate so the person can afford said vehicle.

This particular customer could not afford the asking price of $5,999 of a 2003 Ford Ranger, he asked if we would take $5,680 at which time I explained to Mr. **** we can do that price but would have to exclude the 90 day warranty, he agreed and purchased the vehicle on AS-IS contract that was signed and dated by Mr. ****. In addition we have never restricted our test drives and have always allowed our potential customers to take the vehicle to whoever they see fit to asses the vehicle before purchase, and warranties are explained thoroughly.
