    I lived in ******, ** until June 2023.On December 5, 2024, I placed an order for a piece of memory foam 15" x 15" x 3" from ***** at ***** Upholstery. I called her on December 8, 2024, she replied "not in yet, we don't keep that in our shop".Called her again January 15, 2025, "supplier has not called me. I will call supplier".Now it is June 11, 2025. She has never called me with any information.I have purchased the same type foam two times previously and she seemed helpful, even mailed one to me in **********If their other customers have to wait over six months, they too will be filing complaints.

    Unfortunately, the item in question was never order for the customer. Therefore, there is no refund of $125.00 due because nothing was ordered or charge to the customer. If you need further clarification please contact me directly at ************ ask *****.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the business' response regarding complaint ID ******** and am satisfied with this resolution. I will just share my experience with ***** and ask all  my friends to NOT use them.

    I did place an order with ***** and called twice, weeks apart for status and was told by her that she had not heard back from her supplier, when she dropped the ball and never ordered my item.
