    In late June 2025 we had a wind storm so we hired Canopy Tree Service to clean up tree damage and ***** removal. We paid them when they came out early July in full for both cutting up the rest of the a tree that had blown over ***** and all. They said theyd be back in a week or two to finish the job. So we paid in full in good faith because they had done work for us before. We have called several times and they refuse to even give us a date. We have been waiting because we have a new fence going in and have to keep putting the fence company off. We have dogs and for the safety of them we need to get this ***** removed so we can proceed with the new fence. We have been nice about this but I think the tree company needs to either get the job done or refund our money. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone knowing how they failed us and their word is not worth anything.

    We completed this job on Sept 5th. Before then, we did not accept the payment, but the husband was very insistent on giving us the check, so we accepted it. We only collect the payment until the entire job is completed and at the time we had notified them that we would have to come back to get the ***** due to inclement weather. We also let them know that it would take weeks before we can come back to finish the job and they acknowledged this.
