      I bought the tires about six months ago, front brakes replaced in January. After this I had my tires aligned in March and had them realigned because I am a delivery driver. I heard that tires should last at least ***** miles. *** alignment had gone bad and they did the alignment on my car. *** front end is all new - shocks, tire rods, everything on the front end is brand new. I replaced the brakes with better brakes. I was told my front tires were not safe to drive on. I have pictures and they are not safe to drive on. ***y lied to me. ***n they told me that they don&#**;t keep records of alignments. I went to Joe&#**;s Tire Shop and got a voicemail from him and told me they are horrible. I would like two new tires replaced on the front and I would like for them to produce a video of them doing the alignment on my car.

      I took this same car, a 2008 ***** HHR and never lost a hub cap for 9 months.  I assume that they used an impact gun and stripped my hubcaps out and within a week, I lost 3 hubcaps.  They said the tires were safe and one of the tires showed steel coming out of it.

       I have reviewed this complaint and appreciate this customer for bringing this to our attention.  This customer entered in a lease to own agreement with RnR Tire Express of ***********, **. on 2 Dec 23 on a set of 4 tires.  Shortly after paying off the agreement, the customer realized that his front tires were worn due to improper alignment, or defective parts.  Without seeing the tires, it is hard to say exactly what was the cause of the unusual wear.  However, when a tire does not wear evenly, it is almost always from a vehicle that is out of alignment or worn/broken parts.  During the original installation, we documented the fact that he customer needed to take his vehicle to mechanic and have them look at the front end.  We have no way of knowing if that was done and to what level of certification the work/if any was performed at another shop.  The unusual wear in this case falls outside any manufacturer's warranty, therefore can not be claimed in that manner.  In these cases, RnR Tire Express is under no obligation to replace tires due to wear.  In fact it is not a financially sound business practice to do so.  However, considering this customer's history with our company, we have decided to extend a one time courtesy and purchase two new tires for this customer.  After the install of the two new tires, we will service the tires per our company policy but will not replace any tires for any potential future issues.  Our General and Regional Manager have agreed to this resolution and our General Manager will  contact the customer and extend this offer.

      I purchased tires from this location and my payment was due but I notified the store that I couldn&#**;t make a payment until 5/14 and I would make a total of 3 payments. They ran my card anyway and are now unresponsive to my calls and I need a refund.
