    After removing my things from the unit I paid a former friend to clean out the rest and they did not do that KO storage sent me the email which I filled out the attachment and sent it back they are still taking money from my account after I had sent it in. I want it stopped and a refund I went on there website and attempted to remove my debit card from my account and could not do so. Iv done what they ask iv spoken to them on the phone and still they take money from me. I have left them a voice mail this evening forgetting tommrow is the fourth. And I have resent them a copy of the attachment in all since I have sent them the first copy of the form they wanted releasing what was still in there for them to sell iv been charged almost 600 dollars I sent a picture of the latest charge if needed I can find and do the same from the last time they charged me and I never received a refund on that either they know my situation they know I'm living in California and can not come to them I can barely afford my bills as it is I make 18 an hour and I'm the only source of income in my household of four I'm begging you please help me!!

    Customer left a trashed unit, he stated that he had someone clean it but they did not clean it.  March 24/2023 at 10:04am found unit was unlocked and trashed.  Informed the customer if the unit was not cleaned out he would be charged for the following month. We have a release of ownership document from customer dated 07/15/2023.  A supervisor states that a reverse payment on 07/05/2023.  Customer was set up on autopay, and he has been  refunded his money on 07/03/2023 in amount $303.00.
