            Hi, PLEASE HELP. We hired Advanced Restoration (AR) per the agreement dated 10/13/2020 for a new roof. Today is 09/15/2021 and is still incomplete. They have tried correcting this work 3 times (1/21/2021, 3/4/2021, and 3/24/2021) for the interior paint work and it is still unfinished. I have tried reaching out to AR several times via email (6/14/2021, 7/19/2021, 9/10/2021) to correct the interior paint work and they have not responded. We have even tried reaching out to another third party vendor (5 star painting - see attached) to try correcting this work but AR is holding us hostage. They are trying to make us pay interested in the remaining ~50% balance. This has been an absolute nightmare. Again, please help!!!!

            Best Company I've ever worked with!! Our family had a major storm come through in 2023 and we had substantial damage to our roof, siding and gutters. When you are in the midst of storm damage, the last thing you want to deal with is the problems of getting things resolved. They are one company that will stand by your side from beginning to end. Very helpful in explaining. Highly recommend them.
