    I noticed that I have a water bubble forming on the ceiling of the kitchen. I tried to contact the property management to let them know, but no has answered my calls.

    Thank you for alerting us on this issue. ****************************** *** ************************************************* does not have a property management company and this is not one of our properties.     Our maintenance manager went to the property yesterday and the tenant was not home.  He spoke with the lady that answered the door who claimed that there were no issues with the property.  We have been to this property multiple times for different items, and our maintenance manager is going back to the property as the complaint and the information received from the person who answered the door are different.  

    We have an online system that several staff members review; 7 days a week to ensure our residents work orders are handled efficiently and effectively. 

    The resident has access to the system, has been given instructions on how to use, but refuses to use it.

    This system allows us to accept and dispatch maintenance when our office is closed, or when the designated staff member for maintenance is unavailable.  When a work order is created, we can have another staff member step in and assist to ensure maintenance needs are handled in a timely manner.
