    ********************* representing himself as 417 Poolz and 417 Pool and Outdoor, is recommended by Midwest, pool, and spa on their paper that they give out to people to find installers and help. This man did work for me before when I had a pool, so I didnt worry about calling him again. On July 5 he came and found me at the *********************** where I was taking care of students and I gave him a check for $6000 to cover the cost of the pool and half of his expenses. The remainder was to be paid upon completion. Since then I have received nothing but excuses about why he hasnt shown up. I did put him off when he didnt show up when we were going on vacation. I asked him to come back on 21 July and so far he has cussed me out in text and told me to go away. Now someone claiming to be his son is telling me that he is in the hospital in ******** in his lungs are shutting down. The unbelievable excuses I have been given by this man are proof in my text messages. From a car wreck, to getting home at 1:30 in the morning from a job, to having health concerns, and then finally to his organs shutting down. I am now being ghosted on ******** messages and on private text message, except for some unkind messages from his son. I have asked for my money back multiple times and have yet to still receive it.After doing some research, it doesnt appear that his businesses even legit. And its not listed with the Better Business Bureau nor is it listed anywhere in Springfield
