I canceled my membership with this business nearly 1 1/2 years ago and they continue to charge the card on file. When attempting to contact them the email address was no longer valid which it was last year. However, once I finally reached someone by phone I was told that email address hadn’t been valid in several years. I was also told on, 8/26/22, by phone I would receive a refund for the mistaken charge but I have not yet received it. I have tried reaching back out to the business but no one will take or return my call. What this “organization” is doing is giving veterans a bad name and shouldn’t be allowed to continue to operate in this manner. If the only success here is forcing them to adhere by the rules and treat customers with respect then I will call that a win.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:
This business did not cancel as requested. I received a refund from ****** after filing a dispute against this company through the resolution center with ******. The reason ****** gave for ruling in my favor was because the company failed to respond.
