Bought tickets for ** ****** show on 12/31. ** ****** canceled. Then Blue Room changed the time of the backup performance(different performer on the same night) which made it so we could not attend. I reached out to ********* multiple times for a refund or replacement tickets. They have ignored me multiple times.Initial Complaint

Purchased tickets for a show in 2024 and the show has been rescheduled 3 different times. A report on the local news station stated the club would refund for tickets due to the circumstances. I have been reaching out via email asking for a refund for for 2 months and continue to get ignored. During this time, the club called me and said I won a drawing for 2 free tickets to any show. I told them I never entered a drawing and that I don't want to attend a show there after their lack of correspondence about my refund. They said the person I was reaching out to was no longer with the club and to contact the manager *********** *******. After emailing him multiple times asking for a refund with no response, on May 20th he did respond asking "Would you be able to pick up tomorrow at the club or do you prefer it to be placed in the mail tomorrow?" I quickly responded I wanted it in the mail. This business is in the same town as where I live, so it should not take more than a week for the refund to get to me by mail. On May 28th I emailed and let them know I still have not received the refund. And again on May 31st. They responded and asked if they could correspond with me on June 2nd. I said yes, but did they reach out then? No. I had to reach out and ask where my refund was, with no response. Sent another email on June 3rd asking where it was and letting them know they would be receiving a poor review if I did not receive the refund by the end of the week. Of course they responded to this and asked where I lived in ***********. I let them know that I was not going to be making the trip to their club to pick up this refund, as I was told it would be sent in the mail. They followed up by asking if they could deliver it in person to where I live or meet me somewhere in *********** to give it to me. First, I was told this would be put in the mail back on the 21st, so that was a lie. Now they are trying to meet me in person? Absolutely inappropriate and unprofessional.Initial Complaint

I purchased a ticket for an upcoming comedy show (*** **********, March 13 @ 6:30pm) at ************* on 1/26/25 for $37.89.The comedian canceled the show. My emailed receipt for this purchase states If conflict occurs (i.e. performer cancels or reschedules), refunds and exchanges are applicable. I have reached out to The Blue Room multiple times over the past few months seeking a refund. At first they tried to offer me credit, which I do not want. Ordered tickets to ***** ****** ** for a show in November of 2024, the show was canceled and our tickets were moved to April 5th. The show was cancelled again and they offered us a credit to another show. I asked for a refund and they said they would issue a refund. 3 weeks go by and nothing was done. I followed up and the owner said he *** get back to me with an answer. Didn't hear from him for a week so I sent him a follow up and It's been 5 days without a response. Everyone online says he is keeping everyone's money and not issuing refunds. I dont know what else to do.Business Response

I paid 200 for three tickets to a show they rescheduled four times over a year ago with no answer on when the next show will be. They said they would issue a refund in the mail. I never received a refund. I believe this place is scamming people and collecting money and telling lies about who will perform. I have seen numerous complaints and reviews on this happening to other people. They do not respond to emails, text, or answer phone calls.Business Response

Purcahsed ticket for a comedian on February 12, 2024 for a for a show on August 17, 2024. When that show approached, it was rescheduled to November 23, 2024. That date came around and it was rescheduled again for April 4, 2025. Once the second reschedule date came around, the comedian then was not showing on the calendar anymore. Reached out to the company and they said there was scheduling conflicts and they would have more info by the end of the week. The end of the week has come and gone and so has an additional week and I have asked repeatedly for a full refund. No communication and no refund. This is deceptive business practicies and not upholding their refund policy. Here is what the policy states "We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If conflict occurs (i.e. performer cancels or reschedules), refunds and exchanges are applicable." This falls under that policy.Business Response

Paid over $100 for a show that was cancelled at the last minute. (** ****** on 1/31/24). They did not refund the ticket money. Ive reached out to them several times. They actually told me they sent out a paper check refund on 1/3/25 but that was a lie. Ive communicated with other patrons who are also in same situation. Last response back from them was we are working to improve our processes . I just want my money back which should have been electronically returned when the show was cancelled.Customer Answer

I purchased comedy tickets on 8/28/24 for a comedian named ***** ***** coming to the Blue Room Comedy Club on 9/28/24. This show was rescheduled twice, but I was never informed as to which show my tickets were rescheduled for. This comedian had several shows over a few days, making this confusing. I attempted to contact the Blue Room several times prior to that weekend, inquiring about my tickets. They ignored me then and are ignoring me now. Ive tried contacting them via phone call (left voice message), text (their requested method of contact), ******** message, and snail mail. Ive not heard back from them in any way. Their policy clearly states that refunds are issued in the case an artist cancels or reschedules. Can you please help me get the refund Ive requested of $61.30?Customer Answer

While they did fulfill my request, I would not suggest any customer attend this entertainment ******************** club unless it is under new ownership.

On Feb 19, 2024 I purchased three (3) ***** ****** *** reserved seating tickets from Blue Room Comedy Club to be held at their establishment on August 17, 2024 @ 6:30 pm. for a total of $198.99, order number is *******. On March 5, 2024 I received a text from them ************** informing me that ***** had to reschedule to November *****, 2024 and I would receive an email with my new confirmation and date. In the text it also stated if that didnt work for me I could get a refund . I received an email that day with a new concert date of November 23, 2024 @ 6:30 pm. with the same order number. On November 21, 2024 I received another text from **** stating the show has been rescheduled to April 3-5 2025. At this point I texted back and asked for a refund and was asked by them if there were any other shows Id be interested in transferring my tickets to. I told them no, Id like a refund. After that there was no communication on their part. I texted, called, left voicemails & emailed with no response. I looked them up on ******** and they are still advertising that they have shows coming up. I attached several picturesshowing that they are still advertising they are open yet when people went there the doors were locked. I also attached screen shots of my conversations. Another person also stated she also cannot get a hold of them for a refund. They wont answer phone, text or email.Business Response
