    I Checked into the hotel on 16 FEB and Departed 17 Feb headed to the airport for a 2 weeks vacation, now ***** the guy who checked me in, was very professional and courteous, nice and compassionate person. Now when I checked out, on the 17th early around 5:30am the lady was uncaring, Non compassionate, insensitive, and just didn't give a **** in my opinion. because when I explained to her there was no hot/warm water when I went to shower, explained I let it run and run and it was still cold, no apologizes, no I am sorry, only thing she said was I will make a note of it and walk away, to be that was just rude and unacceptable. I took the time to write management and all he could say was, I am sorry that happened, that's it. This is not good customer service but terrible customer service, so I am asking for a refund, I did not complain when you asked me to paid ****** , I assume I would get good service. thank you

    We are having some water issues.  It is hot water in the hotel but not as hot as it would come out of a shower at home.  We did have a company come out and look at the water heater.  All the water heaters are working between ******* degrees.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because:

    Honestly, there was no hot water or warm water, even if there was warm water, I would have never said anything, but it was not, I am man of the truth, and I am not going back and forth with this

    if this is the way you run your business, good luck going forward, I know I will stay somewhere else next time, maybe you don't care that fine, God bless you
