Date: July 9, 2025 I paid $1700 which was half of the requested amount of $3400 for him to get my Timeshare contract cancelled. I kept telling him 'No, I don't have that kind of money' but he kept insisting until I couldn't take any more so I said 'OK I would pay half, but I didn't know when I would have the other half' since I was retired and didn't have much income which barely got me through daily living expenses. While I was reading the contract in DocuSign, another company named ****** which should also be reported, kept popping up on my screen telling me they could lend me the money and I could pay them back in installments. So I signed up with them and made payments for the $1700. When the 2nd $1700 came due, I decided to see how much progress had been made. When I found out that absolutely nothing had been done, I said I wouldn't pay anymore. He even admitted nothing had been done with the excuse that he wanted the full amount before he started the service. I wanted to see the contract where it said that, but he wouldn't send me a copy and DocuSign had expired. Affirm's policy is to pay the seller the entire amount and the buyer would pay installments to Affirm. So his excuse was not valid and he was trying to get the $1700 twice - Once from Affirm and again from me. Then he started making Demands and threatening me with Breach of Contract emails. He threatened me with federal litigation and arbitration if I didn't pay him. He got really ugly about it and kept sending these threats every day which I consider harrassment of a 79 year old woman. Like I'm some kind of criminal who tricked him. And the fact that he did nothing to even start to get the timeshare cancelled was also a Breach of Contract because he did get paid by Affirm. On Aug 22, I received a Cancellation Notice and thought the contract was cancelled so I should get a $1700 refund. This is where Affirm comes in and will be reported on a separate claim. He has provided nothing.

    Business Response

    Date: 10/10/2025

Gray Consulting Group LLC provides contractual consulting services.
Ms. ***** ***** entered into a written agreement with our company on July 9, 2025, executed electronically through DocuSign. The DocuSign audit trail and executed contract are attached for verification.

    Documented Timeline

    July 9, 2025: Contract executed.
July 12, 2025: Ms. ***** made an initial payment of $1,700 via Affirm.
August 9, 2025: Second installment of $1,700 came duenever paid.
September 2025: Ms. ***** filed a chargeback dispute claiming non-delivery.
September 26, 2025: The dispute was resolved in favor of Gray Consulting by both Affirm and our payment processor (Stripe). The funds were reinstated after review of the documentation.

    Contract Terms
The signed contract clearly provides that:

Work commences only after full payment and The client must provide required ownership documentation (maintenance bill, deed, contract copy, account number, etc.) before any outreach can begin.

Ms. Adams never provided the required documentation and never completed payment, so per contract terms, performance was paused.
The contract also contains an Arbitration as Exclusive Remedy clause requiring all disputes to be resolved through binding arbitration in **********

    Communication Record

Ms. ***** later acknowledged in writing:

I dont read emails or answer phone calls unless I know who is calling.

That statement explains the lack of response to multiple follow-up calls, texts, and emails regarding her overdue balance and missing documentation.
Our communication was limited to professional attempts to collect a legitimate contractual balance. No harassment occurred.

    Disputed Allegations
    Her assertions that:

    She paid $3,400 in full,
    Gray Consulting did nothing, and
    She was harassed,
are each contradicted by written evidence: payment records, processor determinations, and the contract itself.

    Business Position

Gray Consulting Group LLC acted entirely within the terms of the signed agreement.
Ms. ***** is in breach of contract for non-payment and non-cooperation.
We have made repeated good-faith attempts to resolve this matter amicably, including offering to resume performance upon payment of the remaining balance.

    Requested Resolution

We respectfully request that this complaint be closed as Resolved / Answered, as the consumers allegations are demonstrably false and unsupported by evidence.
If Ms. ***** wishes to pursue further action, the contract requires that she do so through binding arbitration as agreed.
