5 starsWe had big hopes in restoring our house but life and family medical emergencies got in the way. We became overwhelmed and contacted Ozark House Buyers. ******* and **** were very responsive and offered a fair price. We had a closing date within two weeks and smooth sailing all the way. 1 starIf I could write this business as Zero stars I would!!! ************************* aka Ozarks House Buyers Sold me a home in May that is in an active sinkhole. Not only that, this house flooded last year and he made basement repairs basically renovating the entire basement due to this flood on May 24, 2023. I am beyond disturbed and disappointed because neither was on my disclosure during the sale of this home to me. I will be filing a police report as I am a 100% disabled veteran, who has been defrauded.Review fromMikayla B

1 starI have called and asked them to stop sending me ads. The man who answered the phone made me give him all my info to do so. For the last two months since calling I have gotten more spam from them than before. I find it disgusting to harass people using a business after they have already said they'd stop and take out name/address off their advertising list. I will be contacting a lawyer because I worked for a company that lost a lawsuit due to the same harassment via a business. You legally have to stop when asked to and when you state you will. 5 starsFrom the first time I called the office and spoke with *****, it has been a good experience. They set a time for ****** and **** to look at the house. They were very friendly and well informed. They looked at everything, including under the house, without criticizing anything. They gave me a fair offer, not taking advantage of the situation. They told me what to expect next, who would be calling, etc. **** took the process from there and kept me informed of where we were in the closing process and what to expect. It could not have been a better experience. I would encourage others to use this service.
