  Terrible service! Started build October 2021 on a **** sq.ft. with walk out basement home. Told us we would be in by April 2022. Its now Nov.2022 and its still not finished. Every step of the way has been one mess up after another. Foundations and basement floor has multiple cracks. Stairs to upper home part had to be redone 3 times to get correct rise. Sub floor and wall studs went unprotected for months without a roof. Sheet rockers having to tear out and redo because of warped studs. There isn't enough room to list all of the mess *** this contractor has done. He said we would probably get to move in by December and its Nov.3,2022 and sheet rockers, painters, flooring, cabinets, trim etc still not completed. I would not recommend this business to build a dog house! Cheap labor that doesn't speak english, no ******* looking out for **. Every time anyone does any work we have to go back and point out what is wrong,they have to tear out and do it again. Pillars that are supposed to hold porches are slanted and not plumb. The final straw was when the rock for the driveway got dumped in the middle of the front yard. This has been the worse experience! 20 years ago had a custom house built twice the size and was turn key in 4 months. Had that builder not retired we would have used him again. ********************************** Homes is a racket! He takes on work that he has no way of completing on time. He has only been to the job site 1 time during this entire process. Don't ever hire this company to build anything because he makes false promises and lives up to none of them. This was supposed to be a simple 2 bedroom 2 bath house with a walk out basement that is all garages. Nothing complex or high fashion. Terrible the way he has handled this job. Never returns calls. His ******* is a nice kid but has no idea of how to run a construction crew. *****************, big fail! Not sure how you sleep at night.

  I just recently received this review and wanted to respond.  I understand this owners frustration with their build but I don't agree with several of the comments made so I will address them below.

  This home was started at a time in which materials and labor were very difficult to secure.  Our company as well as many other companies had projects that were extremely backed up due to circumstances out of the control of the contractor. We certainly had too many projects that we were trying to complete during this time period as all projects stacked up together due to the lack of materials and labor.  Even subcontractors were struggling to find labor to complete the jobs that they had committed to.  Every tradesmen and contractor was doing the best they could at this point in time and yes we fell short with some aspects.  We had 3 foremen at this time, even with this, the projects were overwhelming.  

  As for mistakes made on the job, this is much exaggerated as all construction projects have mistakes and issues that have to be resolved during the process, unfortunately it is part of construction and it is mitigated as best as possible.  Any issues that were a result of King ******************** during this project were corrected and we ensured that our project scope was complete prior to leaving the project.  

  It is unfortunate that this was the experience that this client had during this difficult time in construction. I wish them the best with their home.
