      I want to cancel my trash services. I paid for three months up front. They said that I could cancel but they would not reimburse the two months. I was never told that or received any documents detailing that. If that is their policy, then they should tell consumers that upfront and in writing.

      I asked to hold my service. They charged me a late fee when I had asked to have my service held due to moving. Now they are refusing to pick up trash with 1/2 inch of snow on ground and nothing happening weather wise. They wont give refund for the missed week due to it being a snow day. This is scammy since they are obviously saving tons of money on gas and dump charges. I do not recommend and will be terminating my service asap.

      There has never been a late fee on ********************* account, she did ask to have her service be put on hold and I'm not sure when this was supposed to happen since there is only a few notes in here account, but our customer service rep. did give her a credit of $10.00 to make her happy on 1/5/23 her original bill was $59.25 and she paid the bill the same day in the amount of $49.25. Now about the weather which some people don't understand the safety of a 52,000lb truck that cost $425,000 loaded with trash sliding down roads and hitting cars or and objects or maybe killing someone, insurance rates going up, I'm glad we made the right decision not to work, so did ******** Services, & GFL.  We sent an email out this morning to let our ****** customers today and only had ONE COMPLAINT others customers replied back and said things like thank you for contacting us and staying safe, another said good choice we can wait and if you want you can skip us we have plenty of room in our cart. So in the email about the delay in service sounds like she didn't read the email completely and only read the part about we wouldn't give a week credit if we were SCAMMY for not being able to service Monday and Tuesday routes and in the email it stated we would pick up Monday & Tuesdays routes by Friday or Saturday and if we didn't get everyone we would pick up 2 weeks' worth of trash the following week. . Even if we missed her trash for this week, we would still pick up 2 weeks of trash so where is the SCAMMY at? Sometimes it's kind of hard to understand I assume for some people how businesses operate and why we make a safety decision for the next two days.  Also, we have made a work order already to cancel her account since she already made this demand on ****** reviews. So, what we need to happen is have the customer call our office and give us the credit card she used, and we'll refund her money minus the cart removal fee which is $30.00 which covers the cost of the company who takes care of this and the company who comes and sanitizes the trash carts, so she will get a credit of $19.25 and her last pick up day will be 1/29/24. Also, our policy on our website also states we do not give any refunds but to make her happy we'll give her a partial refund due to the cost of removal and sanitizing of our cart.
