    Same story as ****************** They are good at selling, but **** at building and installing gates. My gate was installed without any rod sleeves. I guess that I didnt notice before the installer left. I was told by ****** and the owner ****** that someone would be out. I have talked to both of them for over 3 weeks. No RESPONSE!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS C*** COMPANY....

    This was a nightmare from the start. We contracted to have an entire new resin fence built. We spoke with a really nice man named ***** who told us how great the resin fence was, and how it would be waranteed for 30 years. It was rated for 80 mph winds he told us. We had issues from the begining. We were told they would put the fence up in a day, it took a month! The company had excuse after excuse, making promises and never keeping a single one of them. We had some high winds around 30mph that took a full section between two post out. I called spoke to a ******** and was told someone would come call me back and be out within a couple of days. I called a two weeks later and got a different woman who said they would have someone out and no one ever came. Then on X-mas eve, we had 15 mph winds and the entire double gate was taken out and blown everywhere. This company as soon as they received my money they went from being the nicest people you could talk to to being horrific. During these trials I have spoken to the owner **** who was quite kind but nothing he said was kept. I have been cheated! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
