    I was seen by Dr. ******* ******** for a root canal from another dentist that was abscessed, he advised removal, broke a large chunk of the tooth next to it but didnt notice. Happens all the time and is in the release apparently. I was in and out within an hour. Would have appreciated someone verbalizing that I likely would leave with other teeth being broken from the procedure or him to have noticed. I can see the difference in their before and after xrays and it is very noticeable visually, especially since it right next to the tooth he pulled.

    ********, as we have stated in your previous reviews online, we completely understand how upsetting an injury to another tooth can be. No matter how carefully extractions are performed, adjacent teeth or fillings can sustain injury, especially when the teeth are very close together as yours were. Dr. ******** did not see the injury until further review of the X-ray after your appointment. These risks and complications are all in the paperwork you signed before your extraction was performed. I would definitely recommend asking any questions and reading any paperwork you sign in the future thoroughly. Complications from dental procedures rarely occur, and we understand how distressing they can be, but it is important to understand the possibilities both with and without treatment.
