On June 5, 2024 I went to Spring View Dental for an estimate and a treatment plan for my teeth. They completed the exam and gave me a copy of the treatment plan. I explained to them at the time that I only wanted the work done on the upper teeth only to fill in the gap in my front upper teeth. I explained to their personnel that my insurance would only pay X amount this year and that I would have to wait until 2025 to have the lower work done, they assured me that would be ok and they could work with that. They were able to start that same evening on my upper work, they measured for my front missing teeth and they placed a temporary crown on one of my teeth for support for the partial they would install. With that done they scheduled me back in two weeks to replace the temporary with the permanent crown and install the partial. I went back in two weeks expecting them to mount the permanent crown and install the partial. When I set down in the dental chair they began to do work on me, but it became apparent to me that something was amiss, I ask what they were doing and the dentist told me that the permanent crown and partial was not in and it took 3 week to get them back. By this time the dentist had began the numbing process on my lower tooth, I explained that this work was to be done at a later date. But to the dentist insistence this work had to be done first. I did not agree, but felt that I was being bullied into this. Spring View Dental knew and admitted that they crown and partial would take 3 weeks to arrive, but scheduled me back in two weeks so they could do more work on me knowing that I did not have the funds to pay at this time. They did not uphold the agreed work that we discussed and agreed on. I feel that being a senior citizen they felt they could bully me into this situation to further their financial welfare. I do not know how much they filed on my insurance.
