for a defective item I received as part of my redelivered order, specifically the Strawberry Donut Fifty Bar valued at $30.89. The original order never arrived, and the replacement item I received is non-functional. Despite providing proof, I have been denied a refund by your customer service team. Please be advised that under the ************************ (FTC) Act and relevant state consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to refunds or replacements for goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. A non-working vape device clearly qualifies as a defective product, and continued refusal to issue a refund is a violation of these consumer rights.Furthermore:Your representatives have repeatedly cited policy as a reason to deny my request. However, policies must be clearly disclosed prior to purchase to be enforceable. Failure to make such terms visible or accessible to the consumer invalidates their applicability.Requiring customers to show their face or provide facial images as a condition to resolve a complaint is not only an invasion of privacy but may also violate privacy and data protection regulations, especially without explicit consent or explanation of data usage.A supervisor named ****** also refused to provide any additional contact information or means to escalate the issue, which demonstrates a lack of transparency and customer service accountability.
