On June 7 of this year, they said the windshield Was there and ready to be installed so it was later taken in and then today on June 26 they said it was not ready to be installed and needed to be brought back at a later date and it was confirmed through other sources that the windshield was not in and we have already paid over two grand. The last couple experiences weve had with them theyve lied and weve had to bring back the vehicle multiple times, and they are not friendly

I am completely and utterly disgusted with the lack of professionalism, integrity, and accountability from the *********************** under the management of ***********************. I was advised to reach out to Audi due to repetitive spark plug failure in cylinder 1 from a possible leak that I had notified them of on my first visit. After Audi's 1st multi-point inspection they advised me to RE-replace my battery, pcv valve, and all my spark plugs to fix this issue. After a week or so later my spark plugs fouled out again. Audi then ran another multi-point inspection where they advised me to replace my oil level sensor and vacuum pump, which I guess they did not see after the 1st multi-point inspection. Then once again, a week later my spark plugs foul out again. They then ran their 3rd inspection on my vehicle where they finally concluded that there is indeed oil leaking from my piston into cylinder 1. *********************** (the service manager) FINALLY after multiple visits THEN wants to advise me that the piston leaking is actually a common issue with my year of Audi (2011 A4) and that there was actually a class action lawsuit in regards to this matter. As a "favor" he offers to do enough to get the car back running long enough for me to trade in the vehicle after paying $3618.26 to Audi for pointless repairs, because the whole time I needed to fix the leaking piston (which he said they would generously do for me for an extra $3000-5000). This whole situation is completely appalling to me and I feel scammed by the ************************ I now have a broke down 2011 Audi A4 with only 83k miles.

The poor service with BMW of Springfield, ** that I experienced has left me very disappointed and angry. They had my car for nearly THREE months attempting to fix the headlamps. Another company was generous enough to provide me with a loaner car this extended time that BMW of Springfield took to repair the headlamps. The service I received was deplorable!!
