    On October 28 2021 I drove my car to Done Right Auto to get an estimate on some body work I needed done on a 2009 Dodge Charger. ****** the owner gave me an estimate of $*****.00. I went ahead and paid the full amount thinking he would make my car a priority. I made sure to get a receipt. He said it would be done in couple of weeks. Well, a couple weeks went by and the car hadn't been touched. I asked him what the hold up was and he said he was running behind but he should get the car done in another two weeks. He's had my car already for a month. The car still had not been touched. I asked him again what the hold up was and got the same answer "I'll have it done in two weeks." This back and forth goes on for 10 months. I would go by every couple of weeks; get the same answer. During that time, he was slowly taking parts off my car. He said he had the new body parts at another location. I never saw the parts that I supposedly paid for. Mid August of 2022 I had enough and went and had the car towed home. The car was in worse condition than when I brought it to his shop. All of the parts on the front of the car had been taken off all the way back to the radiator and the radio didn't work anymore. I have no idea where those parts are. I tried reaching out to ****** to see if I could at least get the original parts and the parts I paid for. Here we are, middle of September, a month later after I had the car towed home. Still haven't heard from him. The day after I had the car towed, I looked under the car to see if anything else had been tampered with and saw that my catalytic converters had been cut off. I wasn't the only one he did this to. I think he's taking peoples money, not doing the work and either using the money to complete other jobs or using the money to buy and sell cars. Either way, he conned me out of ***** dollars, took my catalytic converters, and i got my car back in worse condition. Please look into this and see if anything can be done about this.
