I have recently came in contact with Haselhorst Properties. In search of a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home for my daughter (10 years old) and i.. upon contacting them of course i have to fill out a application. i will be the first to tell you my background and credit score is not Squeaky clean , but with that being said I HAVENT been in trouble in almost 12 years and my credit score is over 5 hundred but reguardless . They denied me because of my credit score not being 600 or better. now this rental company primarily rents to college students, thats a given. College students with either no credit or not the highest credit. Runs alot of risk of parties, fights , etc etc. I have been at the same job for over 3 years and make quadruple times the rent that required and still was denied. Im not crying about it , my child and i will be ok. I just dont get the reasons that some of theses rental company put out there.. Reading some of the other reviews about the same company im kind of glad my daughter and i did get denied.. P.S. this came after the application fee that was paid for i mind you!! Highway Robbery if you ask me.. Jus imagine within a months time 30 to 35 dollar application fee , lets say 30 people apply out of those 30 1 gets approved .. i dont believe i need to do the math do i ?? Highway Robbery i tell ya...
