      I have a twofold complaint. I purchased a car on Dec. 8 and was told that nothing was wrong with it and it just had a rear bumper accident but it was fixed. We bought it. He said he had to send the title to Jefferson City and then it will be mailed to me. On the way home, it felt like something was loose, so we texted him. He said it's just a loose play in it, there is no problem with it. We said ok. A day or two later it started smoking so we took it to a mechanic and they showed us what was wrong. It came to $2185. We were a little upset about this. We texted him again, three weeks went by then we hear from him and he said he was out of the country. We told him what happened and he said I would have had it fixed it for free if he had known about it. We are waiting on the title. We had a temp tag until January 6th and we told him we still don't have the title. About the title, he said we have the title at the office. He said he will mail it to us. I told him he needs to overnight the title because the temp tags are going out soon. He said he would do this. I called back and he said he mailed it. I asked which carrier did he use and he checked with someone in the office. We believe he never mailed the title to Jefferson City.

      I would like the title to the car sent to me immediately and reimbursed for the car repairs we paid for - $2475.00.

      WE WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR ANY OF HER REPAIRS, AS WE STATED TO HER MULTIPLE TIMES FOR HER TO BRING US THE CAR AND WE WOULD SEE TO THE REPAIRS OUR SELF, BECAUSE WE CHECKED THE CAR BEFORE WE SOLD IT AND EVERYTHING WAS GOOD, SO IF SHE DECIDED NOT TO COME TO US FOR REPAIRS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR SOMEONE ELSES BILLS. TITLE WAS SENT OUT LONG TIME AGO AND SHE SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED IT. ALSO CAR WAS BOUGHT AS IS AND NO WARRANTIES AND SHE SIGNED ALL THOSE DOCUMENTS. WE OFFERED MULTIPLE TIMES TO BRING US THE CAR TO SEE IF THERE WAS SOMWTHING WE MISSED BUT SHE REFUSED TO SO THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO!

      I bought a car, when I asked about the car I knew it was a salvage title but they told me they got everything fixed and there was nothing wrong with it. 3 days after I test drive the car and bought it for $3,200 it began to smoke and lock up on the right passenger side, when I told them about the problem they said there was nothing wrong with it because they fixed it themselves. Me and my mom kept taking it out there because of the numerous problems and they never fixed it just said they did after a week of having my car. I took it to a known trusted dealership and he stated that I’m lucky it hasn’t blown up yet because it is getting to that point, quoted me $2,800 to get everything fixed if not $1,000 more. When I asked the guy who I bought the car from if I could get my money back he refused and continued to say there was nothing wrong with the car even tho I showed him the paperwork from the dealership.
