    I, ****** ********* am currently on ****** ***** ************. I interviewed with APS (American Professional Staffing LLC), entered a tentative agreement of employment and on Friday March 10th, 2023. A ****** ****** (recruiter and primary contact) informed me my start date of Tuesday March 14th 2023 is acceptable (paraphrased, from text message received around 1600 on Friday March 10th 2023).

    The job (if it existed), is located in Kalamazoo, MI. It was agreed upon that (per diem) and mileage from home to client site (757 miles), is reimbursable, GSA rate for mileage and negotiated per diem.

    I arrived in Kalamazoo from ****** on Sunday March 12th 2023 and called ****** ******, et al.

    Spoke, he stated, "I don't see that happening." (paraphrased in regards to reimbursing on mileage and hotel.

    The Tuesday start date came, I was not employed and left, returning to Kansas.

    I am seeking no contact going forward from the entity, American Professional Staffing LLC, subsidiaries, parent groups, directors, etc. et al, ANY points of contact from them, and ZERO malfescence in my seeking and gaining gainful employment and personal freedoms under state, local and federal laws.

    I was lied to multiple times and more malevolent actions, which may or may not be at their, the company's dealing.

    Additionally, office phone of ************ was provided to me.

    Of note: There was a "*************" profile set for me. I became exceedingly leery as the link Ms. ******** and Mr. ****** provided was identical to "*************", however it is not the same page. I have deleted info on me in my profile that I could get to, however, Please "direct them to completely remove me.

    Please assist me with NO further contact from them, and removal from the databases, particularly the "*************" profile. As the entity wreaks of ill intentions.
