    Top performance property management has given me the run around after paying an application fee. They continue to collect applications on properties that are no longer available but remain listed as available on their site. They have transferred my application to several other properties that were also no longer available. They lied about me having a judgement as well which is not true and also lied about sending over my RTA packet to ***************** whom stated they never received anything from Top Performance. At this point it is very clear that they are scamming people out of application fees for properties that arent available and I would greatly appreciate a refund. I also have tons of Messages between myself and Top performance. Every time I reached out to them I was constantly told theyll check which their applications teams and still no resolutions. Which by the way went on for over a Month.

    These people are SCAMMERS taking application fees and steady lying about the homes that’s available and their renting these homes so fast to market rate tenants that they can’t get the Section 8 inspection set up before allegedly renting out the homes that others have applied to steady transferring applications to different homes that end up getting rented wasting my time steady texting me with different properties that’s so called available then a few days later it’s rented and they won’t return my application fee which should be returned since they didn’t give me a place to stay don’t nobody have money to keep throwing away on application fees and renting out properties that’s not even up to code or habitable enough for somebody to live in the first year without complaints I will be reporting them to the FTC and the Attorney General because all this housing scamming gotta stop.

    We understand your frustration about this situation and we are willing to refund you the application fee to resolve this misunderstanding. Please note that we set proper expectation to all applicants that has section 8 vouchers that our properties are not yet section 8 approved and may take awhile to have the properties inspected and may take weeks for the inspection to take place and its not a guarantee that it will pass. We also have have market applicants for this property when your application was received. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused you.

    Since I've moved in to My home there has been maintenance issues. I've been at this property a year in October. I currently have no power in one of my bedrooms. The other bedroom socket is out as well. This has been going on a month now. I'm allergic to spiders. I've asked them To spray. The company is not doing the repairs to the home nor spraying for insects as well. I've reached out to them several times and no help. Please can you help me?

    The electrical issues were reported to us in Mid August and early September. An electrician was sent and corrected the issues - we have confirmation from the electrician on 9/10/22 - we attempted to reach out to the tenant to confirm and did not receive any feedback.

     

    The lease very clearly states that any pest control is the tenants responsibility after they have been in the property for more than 30 days - so that is not an issue we are able to address for them.
