    I purchased a home in June from my real estate agents investor who works with her husbands construction company to flip houses. The complete remodel construction was rushed and still not complete upon closing September 13, 2023, we had to move in so they continued to work around us but never finished the work, I have a countertop still missing, the paint was not finished, there is a leak in the hose spicket that has already damaged drywall, I still am unable to use my dishwasher, there are lights that do not work correctly, we had to repair the water heater because it was installed incorrectly and the top element was burned, we have to repair the new hvac system because they piped it wrong and we cannot get filters in and out without damaging them, they did not trim one of the windows, they incorrectly repaired a hole in the dining room ceiling, there is a window missing a functional piece on the inside. I asked them repeatedly to come fix the issues and was given promise after promise that the work would be done but never was, I even sent pictures hoping the proof of poor workmanship would push things along. I was told it had to be rushed and they had to do it cheap to keep it at budget and thats just how it was. I want it fixed by a reputable company.
