On April 11, 2025, St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney's Office charged Britney Callier, Owner of Affordable Kitchens and Baths and Lonnie Walker, Manager, with 10 counts of felony stealing $750 or more. The charges allege Callier and Walker accepted payments for projects that were never completed and ceased all communication with consumers. The business has since closed.
As of April 11, Callier and Walker are not in custody. The St. Charles Prosecuting Attorney's office issued a $50,000 cash-only bond.
