- All promotional advertising specialty products are paid in full at the time of order like any special order product. We make every attempt that ensure that all orders are approved and that the artwork is also approved. If the products come in misprinted and the artwork was approved and the fault was on the printer we will ensure that there is a reprint. Once you approve the artwork and the failure on the imprint was your mistake, we are sorry but the fault is bore upon who ever supplied and approved the artwork. That is why we have the person approve the artwork.
