    Since I returned an item on ****, for missing items. The seller blacklisted me from ordering from him again. So I went to an online seller of Smalljoes.com made my order. He took my money and no communication then canceled me from his online site. I wrote an email to him explaining that im a disabled vet and that my son and I enjoy his products, and I apologized for any wrong doing. He still has my money and I can't get any info from his site since I can't get in.

    This customer has been banned from making purchases on all SMALLJOES.COM e-commerce platforms due to abusive behavior toward customer service representatives.

    The customer's claim that we took his money false.  The customer placed an order directly through the SMALLJOES.COM web site in late October.  This order was cancelled, no production was shipped, and no charges were ever made.  Any temporary authorizations showing on the customer's card would have rolled off in ***** per his bank's policy.

    Hopefully Mr. ******** take away from this situation is that mutual respect is by far the best way to solve problems.

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: I never talked or communicated with anyone. And on the **** I only messaged once an hour for 5 -6 hours about a missing item, to only get no answer or communication about anything. Since I was blocked anyway, why would I try but one time.   I'm done with this seller and business, just as other prior customers that were treated the same way.
