  For years now I have been getting the same letter saying that my warranty is going to expire soon on a car that I do not own. This is obviously a fraudulent company.

After reviewing our records, we show that only one notice was ever sent. Had the vehicle been correct, it would have been approaching the end of its factory warranty. You contacted us on 7/10/2025 and were promptly removed from all future marketing.   Guardian Protection Group collects your money and makes ****** promises then tells you that you cant get your money back. They take your after telling, no money will withdrawn. I was expecting a a letter of termination for a coverage with a sister company. Ive received no letter and called about it more than once. Now, they wont reimburse me after I told them to cancel the coverage.

  We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter. The customer enrolled with us on 3/28/2025 as a cost-saving opportunity that offered enhanced protection and a maintenance reimbursement benefit. When concerns were raised about a separate policy not being canceled, we provided clear instructions and also explained the process to receive reimbursement for maintenance that had already been completed.After the customer requested cancellation multiple times, we promptly honored that request. Although this made them ineligible for the reimbursement benefit, we have refunded 100% of the money that was put into the policy. We also appreciated the customers follow-up call expressing interest in possibly restarting coverage in the future.We remain committed to honest service and transparent communication.

  Fake auto warrantee extending company has multiple alias and send those letters noting about how your warrentee expired you can extend for 10 ******** website, no company name. QR code leads to phone number that identifies the group name. Has auto VID numbers and make models Avoid
