    I should have returned the unit to this reseller.All was well and simple. Unfortunately, the instructions were a little too simple, even to the point of missing information.The fan had 2 wires from it. There was a single fused wire that had to be connected. I was certain it was to the wire with a sticky note for "Positive". I tried for help from support and got "contact the manufacturer", which was confusing. I thought they were.Denying support on a simple "where does this loose wire go?" and their answer made me dig deeper. On their REMOVEDproduct page, rather than putting their business name under the title, they put Nature's Head which mislead me into thinking it was Nature's Head. not some fly by night reseller.I submitted a form to get this business added to their database. Once that's done, I'll file a deceptive trade practices complaint, citing the difference between the usual and expected business name location.I did not tell my wife about it and she announced it works. I'm not returning a used toilet. That doesn't even sound right. ;-)Since I like composting toilets I will continue buying them. Of course, they will be purchased elsewhere. Caveat Emptor isn't just a saying.The value of the actual product is undetermined as yet, but the value of doing business with this reseller is negative.Who lost because of this business:They did. I'm putting these toilets in our tiny homes and trailers. They lost all of those sales and I will relay my experiences to any who ask.Nature's Head lost, as I will revisit the list of potential vendors. I am at least trying a competitor. I may or may not use them now due to reseller REMOVEDlost as I am going through vendors directly. They lose their cut(s) of the REMOVED. I prefer doing business locally/REMOVED, but can't tolerate deception. Worse, I paid them for a toilet and was refused support.
