I paid this man June 17th to do my dress and July 19th is when he told me to come see my dress but I told him that I needed the dress July 21st . So basically he rushed and made me a dress and didnt send me any of my money backBusiness response

Customer contacted me in June paid a deposit on June 17th was sent a contract on June 18th. Provided me with material June 24th during that time I explained to customer the look that she wanted to receive wouldnt fit her body figure and that we would have to put a twist on it to fit her and make her more comfortable. She agreed. Came to first fitting on July 19th as presented on contract (which she did not sign) and stated that she didnt like the top I told her numerous amounts of times that the top would not support her bust area. Customer said she was pleased with the bottom half of the outfit I explained to her that the outfit had not been complete and that it would be completed overnight. We then sat down and discussed a more appropriate top for her bust and she agreed. Stated I would see her the next day which was Wednesday July 20th with a completed look. After leaving my location she then went to social media slandering my name have numerous amounts of numbers contact my phone threatening me and having numerous amounts of ppl comment under all my social post ************* $380 Back customer than begin to text my phone very disrespectfully. I stated I will sell the outfit and refund you once outfit is sold considering the work had already been put into it. She was unhappy with that harassing me sending multiple times give me my money back. On July 20th the customer was refunded $300. If the slander continues I will contact my attorney and file a suit for defamation of character.
