4 starsShowed up when scheduled. Did a very nice job with 17 window replacements. Left our home as clean inside and out as was when they arrived. Very nice windows from universal windows direct.

4 starsExcellent installer! Disappointed with customer service prior to install when I encountered a problem. Never a response from customer service??. Never understood the advertisement buy one get one free. Pricey windows, hope they last and perform like the other windows I purchased years ago! He was patient with our questions and spent a great deal of time ensuring we were comfortable with everything before making a commitment. Walked me through every step. From selection, to installation and savings over the years. If you’re in the search for new windows *** is your man. 1 starBought 2-3 years ago and have had to have them out 3 times to fix the gaps in the windows you could see curtains moving on breezy nights, cold air leaking in and when I call and tell them they have a 3-4 week wait before service. They still have not fixed the problems. The last time the service man told me it was normal for air flow in the windows otherwise the hounds would suction. Today when I called to tell about the condensation on inside of window due to gap in frame she told me condensation happens in all windows customer service is terrible.Universal Windows Direct of St. Louis
