4 starsI had windows put in by Universal Windows at the end of summer. The 3 man crew that put them in were very respectful and finished in a timely manner. A couple of weeks after the windows were in I started to clean the windows like recommended so I could put the blinds back up. I have a picture window in the living room and in the middle of it I found a blemish in the glass. I called Universal and told them the situation. They sent someone out to speak with me and take a look. *** came out, we talked and he got what he needed to order a new window. A month later the new window came in. *** and ***** came out to install the new window. As *** was carrying it in the glass started cracking on him. He felt really bad but they put the original window back in and placed an order for another new window. So this past Mon ***** and *** came out to install the new window for the 3rd time and it was bitter cold. They were very respectful and asked before moving forward with each step. Everything went well this time around. They were scheduled to come at 2 according to their paperwork but I was told over the phone between **** arriving. They called to see if I was available early and I said I was already waiting for them since I leave at 2 for work. So everything worked out well, I would have felt comfortable leaving them there and telling them to hit the lock button:)
